Two Months Old!

How is he already two months old!!!!  Goodness...it is flying by! This is such a good baby...and so strong! The doctor commented today that he "would be crawling in no time!" WHAT!  He was eating 5 ounces every 3 hours and then 6 at night before bed, but the doctor upped it to 6 every time and 7 at night! It was a good thing I got some free formula at the office today....whew! How did we ever pay for two sets of formula??  He is in 6 month clothing already and the doctor commented today about how it was too short already...hilarious!

Height: 24.75 inches, 100% for his age 

(and every time we just laugh at my 5 foot tall body!)

Weight: 13 lbs, 7 oz, 80% for his age

 

 

 

Thanksgiving here and there!

         

We spent the first Thanksgiving in Maryland and had a party with all of our friends!

Then time with our family!

Then we were off to Holden Beach with my family!

 

We took a ferry ride to an aquarium!

 

The past few weeks...

Yep. Ballet got off to a good start. Then the second week happened and Virginia refused to go in. The mean Mommy that I am made her stay and watch the whole class outside instead of going home which is what she wanted to do. And John cried the whole time that she was not going in....

He looks happy here....but that was solely because of the ring pop I bribed him with....

 

I can be so awful.....

But we can love it when we are home....

And our sweet friend Becca came to play!

So did Graeme! Fun!

John has started entertaining the baby! So cute!

This might be the cutest thing ever!

 Virginia had her first ballet class last week! Although you might not recognize my dancer's build now....or ever actually...I took dance for 14 years when I was young. This was not something I necessarily wanted her to do but I thought it would be fun to try! Her friend Autumn joined her in the classes. And poor John, so upset he did not have a leotard, tights, and slippers....wore a fireman's costume to be part of it.

 She did great!!  It was ridiculously adorable!
