Fun Facts Part 4
A tribute on their 16 month birthday!
Fun Facts About Virginia:
*She has perfected the butt scoot. She is taking 5-8 steps but it is fully forced by us.
*Virginia loves to splash in the bath. And she thinks she is hilarious.
*Finding her nose and belly button are great hobbies....when asked where her eyes/ears/etc. are....she picks her nose in refusal.
*She continues to talk all of the time. Her favorite things to say now are "What's this?" and "Bye Bye Daddy!" She can also say "Love you" which may be the sweetest thing. Ever.
*Stranger Danger is hopefully moving on......
*Blowing kisses and clapping is her favorite game.
*She refuses to let John touch a book or pull up a flap if she is part of the story time.
*Virginia has learned who will hold her all of the time....and when she sees me...often she chooses the "holder" over me. This applies at home, away, and at daycare.
*She is getting some curl in her hair. Who knows where this is coming from.
Fun Facts About John:
*John has started running. Hilarious. He is still so top heavy it really looks like a bobble head doll.
*He loves to stand up or completely immerse himself under the water. Both are unacceptable in this house.
*Finding someone else's trouble areas (ie: belly) are a great hobby of his.
*He has perfected the grunt and really just acts like a complete BOY when talking.
*John appears to still be ok with strangers.
*His favorite toy is the beauty set with lipstick, brush, and perfume.
*John will bring the 8 SILLY MONKEYS JUMPING ON THE BED book to me every time.
*He likes looking at pictures of people he knows.
*John's favorite spot to be is between your legs.
*He is getting his 8th haircut tomorrow. In our sink of course.
*Both babies will eat until you actually stop giving food. Still. The Dr. swears this will stop one day. They can be found trying to get food from someone else or searching the floor for leftovers.
*They love, love, love water and really want it more than anything else. Thank goodness...water is free!
*These kids sure do love their pacifiers....that will be an issue one day.
*We are eating on plates and with spoons and forks....at times.
We are amazed by these little ones every day....even when they are "challenging"...as I was writing report card comments today...I saw the future. They both might claim "works while disturbing others...."

Thanks Honey!
So Joe Koontz was picked to be the halftime entertainment at the UR vs. JMU game on Saturday!! He won a trip to Seattle (my top choice) and $1500 spending money to go with it!! What a ridiculously nice birthday present.....thank you Joe! A special thanks to Grandma and Granddaddy for keeping those babies this weekend and letting us actually enjoy Daylight Savings Time.
Joe aimed on this and won $1500. He will forever claim the wind got it right as he threw it. But we did not have $1500 before we got there yesterday so I won't even discuss it with him.
