McCrary Beach Trip

We were off to a fun filled trip to Holden Beach!  This kid loves being anywhere!

A look of joy....smores...again!

And the flamingo.....appropriately named Virginia! Our Virginia was very aware of the flamingos whereabouts.

His fav place on the beach.....under the tent drinking a bottle!

Surfers!

Our best family photo....William eating sand! Delish!

Happy 4th Birthday!!!!!!!!!!

A great 4th birthday had by all! Virginia woke up...came in our room and declared "I am four now!" So sweet!

We had a VERY small party planned with some neighborhood friends at our pool....until the swim meet last night was canceled and we had to make new plans! So the house was the next best thing!

It was a pirate theme...so each child got a treasure box to find treats in!

So cute....filled with gold coins, eye patches, earrings, tattoos, and gold chocolate (rolos)!

They used the bag to collect their treasures!

John received this delightful pirate costume a day ago and was adamant about wearing it to the party!

Party pizzas!

We left the house this morning determined to find games for a now indoor party....shame!

Adorable!

We discovered a pinata at Party City!

And yes, this is the pinata head on Joe!

Happy July 4th!

Our July 4th was super fun and super busy! We had a dentist appointment for John to fill a "soft molar"....which was really like getting a cavity filled. It was HORRIBLE!  Bless his heart....but in the end, after I pressured the dentist to just push on (after she suggested we just come back after he calmed down...what!) and we made it out. Barely.

We went to the river to visit my Aunt Patty and Uncle Ken! A fun time had by all. The kids loved everything about it....especially riding in the golf cart in the back! So cute! And yes, I am fully aware that William's head might be bigger than John or Virginia's. I am sure when we head to the dr. this week for all three well visits that he will be off the charts for head size!

A train ride around the compound with Aunt Patty!

Biggest baby ever.

And we even had a cookout for July 4th at our house!

Just a little dinner time entertainment.

Smores! Joe was against the kids putting the marshmallows over the fire. What has this world come to! They were FINE!

The end of the night sparklers....such a great time! All are exhausted....came home from the river to our neighborhood July 4th party last night. Today...we did chores! Busy week ahead for the birthday celebrations and packing for the McCrary beach trip!
