Thanksgiving and Tree Hunting

We kicked off the holiday season with a trip to Christmastown at Busch Gardens! Everyone had a great time and I am hoping it holds off Disney for a few months years.

William loved every ride and was so sad when it was over!

But he did not love this Frosty!

We had Thanksgiving at my sisters house complete with turkey hats!

We made our annual Gingerbread houses with Granny B!

Then we FINALLY ventured out to cut down our own Christmas tree....a lifelong dream of mine!

So fun! We will be going back year after year!

Happy Fall

We had the busiest month! It started off with a fall time regular activity...the firepit! So fun!

William might just be in it for the treats!

We went to the pumpkin patch for a party! They love this corn!

Tossing corn to the cows!

Then we were off to the Pumpkin Palooza at my school! Always a hit....super hero theme this year!

Dance party!

We finally made it to Carter Mountain! Late but still fun!

The kids had to go HIGH for apples at this point! Good thing Joe is tall!

Happy Halloween! Such a fun night!

William's 2nd Birthday

William had the best birthday ever! Probably because he is the most delightful child! He loves every minute of life unless we have lost his Lion, tried to get him to go potty, or reminded him that he is a big boy now and doesn't need a binkie!

We visited the Dr. and he is off the charts for all things. He is the average size of a 3.5-4 year old as a just turned 2 year old! So big!

We had a little cookout for his birthday with some friends!

And it WORE HIM OUT! He was done before the party ended, before it got dark, and before the cake! Shame!

I forced Joe to bring him to sing Happy Birthday simply for the photo and video memories. Which are hilarious! Bless his heart....slept through the whole thing!

He rallied the next morning to open presents....that hair kills me! So awesome!
